Rappers no longer stick to the truth but make music that they know people want to hear which is all to do with being hyper-violent and hyper-masculine. The reason why it has changed though, isn’t all down to making adjustments to music for the fans but also about the bigger labels dictating smaller labels which have purchased real hip hop artists and rappers.
